Start Planning Your Move

You should start planning your move as soon as you are ready to move. Perhaps you have bought a new home, or relocating with a new job, or wanting to be near your family. Determine your date of move, and start looking for a moving company for quotations.

Request for Quotation

Ensure you get at least 3 different quotations for your move. Compare the prices and ensure there are not hidden charges. The moving company offering the cheapest price range may not always be the best. Always speak to a move consultant and ask them important questions about your move. If they are not able to answer them satisfactorily, look elsewhere. Only decide once you are really comfortable with the plans and moving arrangements.

Packing

Usually, the packing for all domestic relocations takes places a few days before the actual move day. Packing is considered one of the most important aspects of a successful move. Take a look at our packing guide if you are packing yourself. If you have requested our professional packing services then we will be providing all the expert packers and packaging materials.

Removal

Once all of your household items have been packed and wrapped, our movers will begin loading it into the truck, arranging them with care and systematically within the truck. Positioning is critical to ensure goods are loaded depending on their nature, for example all heavy bulky items on the bottom and light delicate items at the top.

Transport

We will then transport your goods to the destination city/town using road or highway. Household goods insurance is optional and can be purchased if you are interested.
