- Tell us about your car relocation via a telephone conversion or email correspondence with your car relocation expert.
- We will then send you a quotation. We revert within 24 hours upon receiving complete information about your car relocation.
- If you agree with our rates, email us a copy of your IC or passport, car grant and bank release letter if your car is still under loan.
- We will proceed to book your car relocation on the vessel.
- Once it is confirmed, you will need to make a 50% deposit payment to confirm and we will arrange a date for your car to be picked up or you may deliver it personally to our staff at the port of origin.

1. What is RORO?
RORO stands for Roll On Roll Off. This is a huge vessel that is used to transport cars to and from Sabah and Sarawak.
2. How long will it take my car to be shipped from one port to another?
It may take between 2 weeks to a month before you receive your car at destination. The time for you to receive your car really depends on external factors such as the weather, the time vessel leaves port, etc.
3. Can I place personal items in my car when i ship it?
Yes you can, but we advise you not to place any high value items in your car. We will not be responsible for any lost. If you were to place any belongings in your car, please place them in a sealed box.
4. Is it safe to send my car via RORO?
It is relatively safe to send your car via RORO. If you feel uncertain, we offer insurance you ensure you have a peace of mind.
5. What documents do I need to send my car via RORO?
There are 3 documents, 1. Copy of IC or Passport 2. Car Grant 3. Bank Release Letter if the car is still under loan. You may email these documents to us.
6. Is the RORO rates same for all cars?
No, the rate for each car is different according to it's capacity.
7. When does the vessel leaves port?
Two RORO vessel leaves Port Klang to Sabah and Sarawak a month. The dates are not fixed and changes every month. Check with us to learn further on the date of departure and the estimate date of arrival.
